Michael Acuff

Chief Executive Officer

Michael Acuff, Chief Executive Officer, was most recently a Creditor Representative/Management Advisor to Ocyan Drilling in Brazil on behalf of the Ad Hoc Creditor Group. Previously, Michael was the Chief Commercial Officer at Pacific Drilling since 2014, responsible for management and administration of the company’s sales and contract acquisition, strategic planning activities, procurement and supply chain. He has 25 years of extensive industry experience including Senior Vice President, Commercial at Diamond Offshore and various management positions in marketing, corporate planning, operations and human resources at Transocean. Acuff served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army from 1993 to 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.

Seeliger, Tony

Tony Seeliger

Chief Operating Officer

Tony Seeliger, Chief Operating Officer, was most recently Senior Vice President of Operations at Pacific Drilling from 2015 to 2021 and served previously as Vice President of the Americas region. Seeliger has 25-plus years of drilling industry experience, including an extensive background in operations management. Prior to Pacific, he spent nine years with Ensco/Pride as operational management in the Middle East, Africa, Brazil, and the Gulf of Mexico. Prior to Ensco/Pride, Seeliger held various positions at Santa Fe International and Amerada Hess Corp. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

deBoer, Luc

Luc deBoer

Chief Technology Officer

Luc deBoer, Chief Technology Officer, has 43 years of drilling, operational and engineering experience and was most recently drilling project lead engineer for various oil companies including BP, Shell, BOG and Lukoil. Luc worked on deepwater drilling projects in the Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, Black Sea and Eastern Mediterranean. He started his drilling career with Phillips Petroleum in 1980 in Aberdeen and held various positions over a 20-year period, from offshore drilling supervisor to project manager. In 2000, Luc moved to Houston and started his own drilling consultancy company, Kryn Petroleum Services. For the past five years, Luc has been involved in well decommissioning projects in the Gulf of Mexico deepwater segment as well as offshore Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Maritime University (De Ruyter) in Vlissingen, Netherlands.
